COMPACT FILTERS

Compact filters are commonly used as a fine or second stage air filtration solution in ventilation equipment in medical facilities, laboratories, and the food industry. V-shaped (compact) filters contain three sections of high-performance synthetic material (HES) filter media, which offer top-class performance with low energy consumption. In addition to the good quality properties, another plus is the rigidity of the filter element. These filters also offer the advantage of moisture resistance (due to the properties of HES) and can withstand high airflow levels. Due to the reliable design, the V-shaped filter elements have a high stable filtration efficiency without additional support measures. Thanks to the special design and structure, the filters are resistant to natural particles in outside air and do not require special treatment for general ventilation.

Filtrimeister’s compact filter product range includes high-performance compact filters in four different filter classes. Our filters offer airflow speeds of up to 4250 m³ / h and only require an installation depth of 292 mm.

V-Cell GT Hi-Flow (compact GT) filters

V-Cell GT Hi-Flow filters are particularly suitable for use in the nuclear energy sector and pre-filtering and filtering incoming air in gas turbines, compressors, and related supply systems. V-Cell GT Hi-Flow (compact GT) filters represent a new generation of V-Cell filters that meet the highest demands and performance requirements.

These filters contain a 4-section mixture of synthetic fiber and fiberglass filter media that offer the highest possible performance and low energy consumption with a very high dust capacity and low nominal pressure drop. These filters also have an element with significantly increased filtration area and can withstand very high airflow levels, ensuring highly efficient filtration efficiency even in critical applications.

V-Cell Hi-Flow compact filters

V-Cell Hi-Flow compact filters contain four sections of high-performance synthetic and fiberglass (HES) filtration media that offer superior performance and low energy consumption with the ultimate advantage of rigidity. These filters also offer a significantly increased net filtration area and can withstand very high airflow levels, as well as offer the advantage of moisture resistance (due to the properties of HES).

Due to the reliable design, V-Cell filters have a high stable filtration efficiency without additional support measures. Thanks to the special design, the filters are completely resistant to natural particles and do not require special treatment for general ventilation.

V-CellPure (activated carbon treated element) compact filters

V-CellPure (activated carbon treated element) compact filters are designed to filter smells like tobacco and the like and purify the air in kitchens, office buildings, shopping malls, schools, and other buildings near urban areas with busy traffic.

V-CellPure compact filters contain three sections of filter media made of synthetic fibers saturated with activated carbon. These filters are designed to adsorb unpleasant odors from low concentrations in the air, as well as gaseous and hazardous pollutants (such as ozone, hydrocarbons, and nitrous oxide). V-CellPure filters are used in air intake systems to reduce the concentration of polluted air and toxic substances until the systems reach an acceptable low level of exhaust emissions. Due to their reliable design, V-CellPure filters have a high stable filtration efficiency without additional support measures.
